We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed via M-Pesa directly between you and Safaricom. We only receive confirmation of payment from you via WhatsApp receipt.

• To process and fulfil your order
• To contact you about your order via WhatsApp or phone
• To arrange delivery to your location
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How we store your information

Your order information is received via WhatsApp and stored in our WhatsApp Business account and order management records. We retain order records for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and compliance purposes.

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts beyond what is necessary to load fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts may log requests to their servers. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
